Day 1 Delmonte Pro Team Challenge: Hold a Gun to Your Head

Today I start my journey towards joining the Delmonte Pro Team.  This will be an 18 week journey to become the best out of 60 contestants.  I will be busting my butt in the gym, and have to really dial in my nutrition to get bigger than I’ve ever gotten before.  Below are my starting stats.

 

Weight – 151 lb

Bodyfat – 11.2%

Fat Free Mass – 134.1 lb

Chest – 36.75″

Waist – 30.5″

Shoulders – 45.5″

Biceps – 14″

Forearms – 12″

Hips/Glutes – 35.5″

Thighs – 21.75″

Calves – 14.75″

Neck – 13.5″

My focus for phase 1 is shoulders and arms.  Can’t wait to see what changes my body goes through.  Be sure to check back often to see my progress.
